We were able to get a few images captured by the lovely Jamie Lauren. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us that day so we will be having round two in the near future!

Pictures Say A Thousand Words...

Photography is a big part of my life. At one point, I began to venture down the path of Professional Photography...and got a little side tracked along the way. Shooting is something that still brings me great joy. And now, with my background and knowledge of imaging, I am fortunate to capture perfect pictures of our kids...and occasionally of others too :-)

For me, photography is such an important aspect to life and living! Capturing those moments so not everything is just a memory in your mind...some are memories on film (or disc these days, lol)!

Some things say a thousand words...

and to me that thing is photo's...

We have wanted to get some new shots of the family now for a few months, and last weekend, we finally did!!

I love having the ages and stages of the kids and their growth captured because they change so quickly. Kai and Si are pretty close in age, and although it can add A LOT of chaos, and pretty much guarantee crazy days, I love it so much. They are best friends. Kai really looks out for her and helps her out, and Si, her eye could not possibly shine any brighter for her big brother.  And it is nice to be in front of the lens with the kids and Ryan too...I always seem to be the one left out of the pictures as I am always the one taking them, so a fun morning it was!

Here are a few from the bunch that capture our family. We played outside where EVERYONE became covered in mud, then moved inside to what has become one of the kids favorite places to play...and sleep, our bed.

Photography!

A passion, a love, a hobby...an expensive hobby my parents would tell me =) Photography was a love that I ventured through school for to follow as a career. Becoming a Professional Photographer, I have photographed people, places, babies, families and events (weddings, parties). Somewhere along the way I ended up on another path...Real Estate. And now, I have two passionate career fields, and why not use them both if I love them both!
